Q. Can you accept sole-source (non-competitive) contracts? We can accommodate this depending on your organization's procurement method. We will guide you on any required documentation or track record materials when you contact us.

Q. We were just awarded secretariat operations and the guidelines are not yet finalized. Can we still talk to you? Absolutely. In fact, consulting with us before the guidelines are finalized makes it easier for us to propose a build plan that fits your schedule comfortably.

Q. What scale of municipality or program can you support? We have experience ranging from small municipal-level programs to large-scale prefecture and designated-city programs. Let us know your expected application volume and we will propose the best configuration.

Q. Can the system integrate with other existing systems? This depends on the specific integration requirements, but we have experience referencing past-round data for multi-round programs and implementing duplicate-application checks. Please consult with us individually.

Q. Can the system operate within an LGWAN environment? We handle this on a per-project basis. Please let us know early if your operating environment has such constraints.
