How should a track record without names be judged?

The projects we have worked on share a structure: a municipality designs a program, a major company is awarded the operation of the secretariat, and we develop the system as a member of that secretariat team. In such projects, confidentiality obligations arise within the contractual relationships. For that reason we cannot publish the names of municipalities or of the companies that engaged us.

Frankly, being unable to name names makes a track record harder to verify, and that is a disadvantage. We still describe what we can, because for a company that has just been awarded secretariat operations, how many projects of this kind we have actually completed is an important consideration in choosing a subcontractor.

More than 25 systems across the Kansai region

We have built more than 25 web reception and review systems for cooperation-payment and benefit programs across multiple municipalities in the Kansai region. The municipalities include prefectures, designated cities and cities. All were programs whose secretariat operations had been awarded to a major company, and we took charge of system development as a member of its operating team.

The number says more than the volume of work. It also means that we have repeatedly stood up reception systems in a short time under guidelines that differed each time: reading a new program's guidelines, then turning the required input fields, calculations and review flow into screens and processing quickly. That experience has accumulated project by project.

What we have handled

The main elements we have handled in these projects are as follows.

• Web reception forms for applicants, designed so that applicants need not perform calculations even in programs that require complicated ones
• Input verification that prevents contradictory or incomplete applications before submission
• Review administration screens, including tools such as bulk status updates that standard functions rarely provide
• Reference display of past application data in programs that run over several rounds
• Duplicate application checks against other systems and reduction of duplicate data entry

When a program changes, so do its requirements. The list above describes the areas we have handled repeatedly; for a new program, we adjust the content to fit that program.
